Calvin Klein founded his self entitled brand in 1968 and soon followed great successes within the worldwide fashion industry. Klein originally went about creating a collection of “youthful, understated coats and dresses”. By 1971 he had expanded his line to sportswear and blazers. As a result, Klein received a Coty American Fashion Critics Award for his collection, and once again in 1974 and 1975. 

In 2002 the brand was finally sold to Phillips Van Heusen Corp. As of 2017 Clavin Klein products exceed $9 billion in revenue, as they are sold in over 110 countries. Today, Calvin Klein employs over 10,000 associates globally. 

Clavin Klein has established itself in the watch market, through its Calvin Klein Watches range, since 1997. Significantly, the brand is under licence by the Swatch Group who are the largest producer of watches in the world. Marking a major event in the ‘fashion accessory watch’ timeline. All of the watch incorporate Calvin Klein’s signature clean aesthetic and design. Modern. Minimal. Precise. The watch and jewellery collection expresses every facet of Calvin Klein.
