This Casio Edifice Limited Edition Scuderia Toro Rosso Chronograph Quartz Men's Watch EFR-S567TRGWP-2AER is the new 2019 high performance watch in collabration with the F1 team. A black carbon fibre dial is compliemnted by silver indexes and white hands, of which are powered by a quartz movement. At the 3 o'clock position is the ever present Casio Edifice logo placed just above the Toro Rosso logo. Furthermore, a small and simplistic date window can be found at the 4 o'clock indexes. Around the rest of the dial are three chronographs which offer split second accuracy up to thirty minutes. Red accents around the bottom chronograph resemble a fuel guage alongside a red line on the dial resembling a racing stripe. The dial is protected by a stainless steel case as well as sapphire crystal glass. A black carbon fibre is then placed ontop of the case with both 60 & 30 marked in red. The crown is recessed at the 3 o'clock position to prevent knocks so that timing is accurate as possible. Then, a silver stainless steel bracelet can be fastened using a fold over clasp.

 

This watch has a water resistance of 100 metres, making it suitable for swimming and snorkelling. 

 

The watch comes alongside a plaque which you can display on a shelf or mantelpiece to show off your limited number purchase.

Casio was established in 1946 by Japanese engineer Tadao Kashio. The company entered the watch market in 1974 with the release of the Casiotron, which was the world’s first Auto Calendar watch. Then only eleven years after entering this field Casio reshaped global thought about the functions a watch should perform. This began with the release of the legendary G-Shock family.

Innovation and world firsts have defined the company’s history ever since. The most striking of these being the release of the first ever touch screen watch in 1991, 24 years before the Apple Watch. Also they released the first ever wrist camera watch in 2000. Casio have been producing smartwatches decades before the term ever came into circulation.
