The Case:

The Ingersoll ‘The Challenger’ I12301 features a tonneau style stainless steel case that measures 44.6mm in width and 13.5mm in depth. The three-layered design of the case is similar to the iconic Richard Mille sandwich style case. The upper fixed bezel is secured to the case through the four screws that are located at 2, 4, 8 and 10 o’clock. The crown is located at 3 o’clock in the middle section of the case that is presented in black. The scratch resistant mineral glass has been coated in an anti-reflective material ensuring that it always remains visible. The same glass is used on the exhibition caseback.

The Dial:

The dial is entirely skeletonised which provides the wearer with an insight into the complex inner workings of the timepiece. The outer rehaut of the dial houses a 60-minute scale that is presented using white baton indices. The sword style handset is also skeletonised, it follows the same colour coding scheme as the case, with the addition of a red arrow tip on the second hand. The Ingersoll logo is presented in black at 3 o’clock. 

The Strap:

‘The Challenger’ is equipped with a black PU rubber strap that fastens through the use of a stainless steel pin and buckle. 

The Functions:

This timepiece is powered by an automatic movement. It is water resistant to 50 metres which means that it can be worn when swimming in shallow waters.
