The Case:

Mondaine Stainless Steel Watch MST.4161B.SJ Original Backlight Automatic Unisex features a circular stainless steel case that measures 40mm in diameter and has been treated to a brushed finish. The case employs a typical  minimalist Mondaine style design, as it exhibits a thick fixed bezel, a recessed crown at 3 o’clock and short straight lugs. Hardened mineral glass provides the watch with protection against scratches and shattering. 

The Dial:

The layout and design of the dial embodies Mondaine’s minimalist appeal. It represents the true progression of the Bauhaus style, as it exhibits simplistic black baton-style indices and a bold baton-style handset. The dial also features the brand’s iconic red paddle style seconds hand and the Mondaine logo that is also presented in red beneath the 12 o’clock marker. The Mondaine logo is presented in black beneath the 12 o’clock marker. 

The Bracelet:

This timepiece is paired with a 5-link stainless steel bracelet that has been treated to a brushed finish. It fastens through the use of a fold over clasp. 

The Functions:

This Mondaine automatic timepiece is powered by a Sellita SW200-2 movement. This Swiss-made movement offers a battery life of approximately 38 hours at point of full charge. It provides an accuracy of +/-12 sec/day up to +/- 30 sec/day. It has a water resistance of 30 metres, meaning that it should only be exposed to light splashes of water.
