The design of the dial on the Mondaine Wall Clock A995.CLOCK.17SBK remains loyal to the design codes of the Bauhaus movement, the German school of design that inspired the design of the face of the Mondaine Classic Swiss Railways. The white dial is characterised by its clean and simplistic design; a 60-minute scale and 12-hour markers are presented around the edge of the dial in silver. A striking rose gold baton-style handset occupies the centre of the dial, while trademark red second hand is also present on the dial, which ties the piece back to its Swiss Railway Clock roots.
