The Case:

This GMT timepiece is inspired by 'Akebono,' Japanese for the twilight time at dawn when the sunrise begins to lighten the sky; a time of day that brings a sense of new expectations. This watch is a limited edition and there are only 2,000 models available worldwide, making this a must-have for Seiko collectors. The hard-coated stainless-steel case measures 42.2mm in diameter with a height of 13.65mm.

The Dial:

The dial features the traditional ‘Asanoha’ Japanese hemp leaf pattern which symbolizes growth and success and has graduated sapphire blue tones which express the hues found in the morning sky. The rose gold-toned indices and hands have been inspired by the rays of sunshine breaking through the clouds and sky. Lumibrite has been applied to the hands and indexes making this companion timepiece able to be read in the dark.

The Bracelet:

The bracelet of this stunning limited-edition time-piece is made from hard-coated stainless steel and features a Three-fold clasp with push button release.

The Functions:

Powered by the in-house 6R movement with a power reserve indicator and GMT hand which allows the time to be shown in two time zones at the same time. It also features a water resistance of 100 meters making this timepiece great to enter the water with. This watch also features a power reserve of 45 hours.
