The design of the watch adheres to the conventional characteristic found on dress watches such as, the short lugs, thin profile and the recessed crown. Mineral glass provides the watch with protection from scratches and shattering.
The Dial:
The design of the gold dial is also atypical of that of a dress watch as it is simplistic, yet classy. Around the edge of the dial there are baton style hour markers and in the centre of the dial there is a minimalist baton style handset, both of which are presented in a gold tone. Located beside the 3 o’clock marker is a date-display window. The Sekonda logo is also positioned beneath the 12 o’clock marker.
The Strap:
The simplistic black leather strap complements the watch’s elegant aesthetics. The strap fastens through the use of a standard gold buckle.
The Functions:
Japanese made quartz mechanisms power this timepiece, ensuring that it remains reliable and accurate. It has a water resistance rating of 30 metres, which means it should not be exposed to anything more than light splashes of water.
