The Case:
The watch’s refined design is complemented by the polished finish of the stainless steel case, which measures 36mm in diameter. The design of the watch adheres to the conventional characteristic found on dress watches such as, the short lugs, thin profile and the recessed crown. Mineral glass provides the watch with protection from scratches and shattering.
The Dial:
The design of the white dial is also atypical of that of a dress watch as it is simplistic, yet classy. Around the edge of the dial there are black Arabic hour markers and in the centre of the dial there is a minimalist pencil handset that is presented in black. Surrounding the hour markers is a black 60-minute track, whilst a date-display window is located inside the 3 o’clock marker. The Sekonda logo is also positioned beneath the 12 o’clock marker.
The Bracelet:
The gold bracelet is made from gold PVD stainless steel, it is unique in that it does not have a clasp because it is an expandable bracelet. This means that the bracelet has some elasticity and it can simply be slipped over the wrist. It accommodates a wide range of wrist sizes.
The Functions:
Japanese made quartz mechanisms power this timepiece, ensuring that it remains reliable and accurate. It has a water resistance rating of 30 metres, which means it should not be exposed to anything more than light splashes of water.
