The Case:
This timepiece features a 43mm circular case that is made from polished ion-plated stainless steel and is presented in a silver and rose gold hue. A bi-colour fixed bezel rests on top of the case, it is presented in black and brown and it displays a 60-minute scale. At the side of the case there is a push/pull crown that is protected by a crown guard. Mineral crystal glass is used which provides the watch with superlative levels of protection from scratches and shattering.
The Dial:
The black sunray dial exhibits three multifunctional subdials that display the day, date and 24-hour time. Rose gold baton-style hour markers are located around the edge of the dial, each of which have a luminescent strip which enables the dial to be read in the dark. Likewise, the rose gold handset has also been partly filled with a luminescent material. A 60-minute scale is displayed on the chapter ring, allowing for a more accurate reading of the time. The Sekonda logo is presented in white underneath the 12 o’clock marker.
The Bracelet:
The mesh bracelet is made from silver stainless steel, this style of bracelet is also often referred to as a ‘Milanese’ bracelet. As this style of bracelet is made from woven stainless steel and not from links, it has a reputation for being one of the most comfortable styles of bracelet. A fold over deployment clasp can be used to fasten the bracelet.
The Functions:
Japanese made quartz mechanisms power this timepiece, ensuring that it remains reliable and accurate. It has a water resistance rating of 30 metres, which means it should not be exposed to anything more than light splashes of water.
