The Case:

The Swatch Big Bold Bioceramic SB03C100 features an oversized matte beige case that measures 47mm in diameter. The case is crafted out of bioceramic material, which is a blend of ceramic and bio-sourced plastic, the latter is made from castor bean oil. The black bezel is also made from bio-ceramic material. A push-button is located at 2 o’clock. Lastly, acrylic glass provides the watch with protection against scratches and shattering.

The Dial:

The dial showcases a skeletonised design revealing the inner workings of the watch. The outer dial is presented in black and features black baton-style hour markers. A black baton-style handset extends out from the centre of the dial, it is coated in a luminous material for nighttime visibility.

The Strap:

The black print strap is made out of silicone. The strap fastens through the use of a half buckle and an aluminium clasp.

The Functions:

The SB03C100 is powered by quartz mechanisms that ensure that it remains dependant and accurate. It has a water resistance rating of 30 metres, which means that it should not be exposed to anything more than light splashes of water.
