Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely packed inside a shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any old delivery labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
